The following also have significant antioxidant effects: glutation-acids, ginkgo biloba, zinc and Q10. With beta carotene, the body reproduces Vitamin A which has a critical role for the health of skin, hair, nails and mucous membranes. It also has an effect on the eyes, respiratory tracks, heart and other organs and also helps the healing of scars. Vitamin E provides the body with oxygen and increases its resistance against illnesses, helps prevent a thrombosis by dissolving gouts. It’s widely know that Vitamin C boost the immune system and also takes a part in the health of bones, veins and teeth.
