Bent Knee Sit Ups
The Bent Knee Sit Ups exercise stimulates the upper area of the abdominal muscles the most, but the muscles around the hip area will also be stimulated during the movement.
Of course, the exercise alone won't give you six-pack abs as that is the job of a strict diet, but it will make your abs more defined when you slim down.
Lay down on the ground. Bend your knees at a 45-degree angle. Put your hands to the back of your head or cross your arms in front of your chest. Slowly move your upper body closer to your knees, and when your abs can't contract anymore, slowly descend into starting position and repeat the movement.
Do not put pressure on the back of your head. Avoid any momentum during the movement. Concentrate on your abdominal muscles.
