Standing One Arm Cable Curls
Standing One Arm Cable Curls exercise stimulates the biceps in a concentrated way, the forearms also receive a secondary stimulus.
Stand as far away from the machine as you can, because you have to feel the tension even when your arms are extended. Providing continuous tension is a great asset of every exercise done on a cable machine. Start the movement with your thumb pointing towards your thigh. When your arm has left the level of your thigh, turn up your thumb gradually.
Curl your arms up until your forearm touches your upper arm.
Move your elbows as little as possible, do not use any momentum from the bottom. Pause for a moment on the top, and lower your arms back to starting position slowly.
